America\u2019s second-largest real estate platform, Homes.com, aired two 30-second ads starring Dan Levy and Heidi Gardner during Super Bowl 2025. The first ad, titled \u201cNot Saying We\u2019re the Best,\u201d features the two actors attempting to use the catchphrase \u201cHomes.com is the best home shopping site.\u201d However, they are immediately stopped by the company\u2019s lawyer, who informs them that legally, they cannot say that (because it\u2019s not true). In their attempt to work around the restriction, they rearrange the words, say it in Spanish, whisper it, and even have Morgan Freeman say it on their behalf, only to be rejected each time. The second ad, \u201cStill Not Saying We\u2019re the Best,\u201d continues with Levy and Gardner once again trying to declare Homes.com as the best\u2014only to be blocked by the lawyer again. Frustrated, they eventually rename the company to \u201cHomes.comisthebest.com,\u201d to which the lawyer finally surrenders. While the ads repeatedly emphasize that it\u2019s not legal to make the claim, they ironically repeat the phrase \u201cHomes.com is the best\u201d numerous times by the end. In doing so, the campaign not only plays with humor but also cleverly imprints the phrase into viewers\u2019 minds.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
